Do you know how to check your own cervix for dilation??
So I saw a post on fb the other day from this girl who was insulting someone I know for making "unnecessary trips" to the hospital and then said every women should know her anatomy and be able to check her own cervix for dilation so they don't take trips to the hospital when they don't need to go. It irritated the crap out of me. Hence the question as I'm curious how many women actually know how to do this and how to do it correctly to where it wouldn't result in them panicking and rushing to the hospital to find they weren't even dilated, or end up not going and having a baby at home by accident.
