Acid reflux...?

Anyone else having HORRIBLE acid reflux?! Almost 26 weeks and it’s so terrible. I feel miserable ALL day from it trying to to throw up in my mouth.

Yes!!! I’m not even drinking or eating anything acidic or spicy. It will get major heartburn from WATER 🙄

Try to adjust to less acidic foods/drinks. Coffe was a huge contributed to mine!

Just a suggestion- Papaya Enzyme worked like literal magic with my first. Not really doing the trick this time, but I swore by it with my first. And I was a Tums girl... I worked in a police department, and a young lady I dispatched with saw I was really struggling. She suggested it, and I brushed it off (thinking it was “treehuggerish”, but she put a bottle in my locker, and after getting sick one day, I tried it out of desperation. It was like magic. Like I said, not working for me this time around, but it’s cheap, natural, can’t hurt baby, and worth a shot. If it works, you’ll be happy you tried. Hope everybody gets some relief somehow, and sleeps well. 😘

Oh yaaa. Spicy foods, juice and even candy will do it to me. I take tums when it’s bad and try to drink some milk to see if it helps it go away.

Yes!! I’ve been throwing up every night for the past 4 nights. This just started for me at 27 weeks. It’s awful 😩

I started taking liquid Mylanta so it would coat everything. It works pretty good for the most part!
