Knee pain and swelling

29 weeks this week and have been having horrible knee pain and swelling the last 4 days . What have you ladies tried to help with pain and swelling ? Tylenol does nothing for me 😭 not sure how much longer I want to work as any sitting standing or driving hurts so bad
