On May 15 2019th our world was shattered my heart broke into a million pieces! I was 18.1 weeks pregnant and went into early labor due to incompetent cervix I had to deliver my beautiful baby girl and she died in our arms 👼💔 I have never been the same. I am absolutely miserable and want nothing more than to be a mother and for my love of nearly 15 years to be a father ! Twins would be amazing!! But really just a full term pregnancy with a full term healthy baby or babies would be a blessing and the answer to our prayers and healing!!

Trying for our rainbow baby/babies !! Please pray for us and send all of the positive vibes and baby dust!! I am terrified and could really use the extra love !! I am so afraid of this happening again please if you have any advise or tips I would welcome them !!! 💙💖🤞🌈

I also have incompetent cervix. Lost my first son at 22 weeks. Afterwards I found and amazing obgyn after doing research. I got pregnant 5 months after our loss and did ALOT of research on IC and all of the cerclage procedures and do's and dont's and my dr and I came up with a plan.I got the McDonald cerclage at 13 weeks. No sex. No swimming. No baths. Nothing inserted vaginally or anally. No orgasms. No lifting over 10 lbs.Cerclage was removed at 37 weeks and my healthy little boy was born at 39 weeks. He is now 2.I'm pregnant again and had my cerclage placed at 15 weeks. Again, same restrictions as before. I'm now 25weeks 2 days and were doing good!!Do your research and find a good dr! Good luck mama & I'm sorry you had to go through a loss!

Thank you so much!! I am really conflicted on whether or not I should keep my doctor or find another?? Did you see a high risk Dr. Also?

Nicole, I have had a loss at 21 weeks then went on to have 4 successful pregnancies with IC. I had cerclages with each pregnancy. Each one went differently for me and each had challenges either in getting it or getting it removed. I switched drs after my second daughter was born and then my last two only saw a high risk dr. I have had a lot of experience with them so if you want to message me you can!

Well first of all let me say I am so sorry for your loss. 👼💜💙 Reading this gives me some hope!! Yes I would greatly appreciate that! I am terrified!! Hoping to be pregnant very soon . Maybe even get a BFP in 2 weeks 😊🙏 I am however at such a loss about keeping my Doctor or finding a new one ?! I would love it if we could talk about this !! You have actually made me smile and given me hope for success after hearing your story!
