My son had his 4 month shots today. He’s been pretty upset all afternoon and definitely not his smiling self, which I expected. But he’s asleep right now on me and I’m pretty sure he has a decent fever. He feels like he’s absolutely burning up. He’s in just a diaper and I have a laid blanket over his back because I could feel him starting to get a little warm when I changed him last. I haven’t checked it yet because I know it will wake him but I’m going to as soon as my husband wraps up something and can help. Have any of you been told when to be concerned about a fever after shots? I know a mild fever is completely normal, I’m just wondering if there’s a certain temp I should call his doctor about.
