So confused!!

So I mentioned to my SIL that I didn’t think my side of the family would throw me a baby shower because they haven’t mentioned anything about it so she said she would throw me one and we started planning it together. She reached out to my grandma to see if she wanted to help her plan it and my grandma said they’re doing one and it’s going to be a surprise. We were talking about it on Christmas and the way my SIL was talking made it sound like since my grandma is going to do one that she isn’t doing one anymore so after I left I was confused and texted her this.

Does it sound like she’s still going to throw me one or no?
