When do you pump?

Everyone does something different! What do you do?

I add one pump session a day usually in the morning to build a freezer stash before going back to work. I try to do it an hour after she eats so I can get more, but still have an hour before she needs to eat so they can refill

I pump exclusively and bottle feed. I pump every 2-3 hours

I only pump when I’m away from baby.  I use a Haakaa when nursing to catch the extra milk and build up a freezer stash.

I pump first thing in the morning then she takes bottle with dad. I get the most milk in the morning about 10oz total. Then I get 4oz every 3 hours while I’m at work
