Help. Fever after shots, what is too high?

At what point do u take ur baby in to the dr for fever after shots? 
She woke up with a 100.1 I gave her Tylenol & have her undressed. 
I hate shot time it’s so rough on us 😔

It's not considered a fever until 100.4.

It’s not considered a fever until 100.4 and even if it’s over that I would definitely not give Tylenol unless it was real high. Fevers are our bodies reaction to something bad/foreign in the body.  It’s our defense mechanism. Our body finds something bad and heats up to kill it. So you bring a fever down, you are lowering a bodies defense and actually allowing for the sickness or toxin to get worse and last longer. Fevers are so beneficial. Obviously you don’t want them to get too high, but definitely don’t give Tylenol for something that low either.

I am wondering the same thing. My son had his yesterday and has been running a fever since. 101.8 last night but it’s hard to tell because I don’t think my thermometer is completely accurate. The first time I took it, it said 98 but he was burning up! He didn’t have any issues with the 2 month shots but he’s miserable now
