Worry or not?

I got the mirena at 6 weeks pp. A few days ago it started to feel like I have something wedged in my cervix. Today it feels lower and more uncomfortable but not painful.

I'll make an appointment with my obgyn as soon as possible but I'm not sure if it has actually moved or if something else is going on..

Has anyone else gone through this? Could it just be the strings curling up and causing issues?
