okay so i took a prenatal

today with iron in it because my doctor says i’m anemic again but it made my stomach soooo upset i was having stomach cramps, running to the bathroom 🚽 etc. can severe stomach cramping hurt my baby? it wasn’t like period cramps it was like need to use the bathroom NOW cramps 😂 i’m 7 weeks and 2 days and i’m just trying to do everything i can and everything’s worrying me. i tried looking it up but dumb google thinks i’m talking about miscarriage lol. but needless to say i am just gonna stick with my iron free prenatal gummies because i cannot do this again because i’m sure if baby needs it the placenta will get it from my supply and i’ll just suffer.. right??
