C section scar pain

I had an emergency c section in January 2017 for my son. I'll be 31 weeks tomorrow and today my c section scar hurts. I worked out this morning so maybe I overdid it? It hasn't hurt to date and I'm VBAC hopeful so I'm a little nervous. Anyone else? I have a regular appointment on Monday and will ask my doctor then (or call sooner if it gets worse) but, does anyone else have this or similar? Any insight?
