Am I the only one who looks up the food there about to eat to see if it’s safe to eat while pregnant 😂 I think I am obsessed with this baby

Everything is fine unless its raw, rotten or unpasteurized. & the obvious alcohol/drugs.

My midwife told me I could have anything in moderation as long as it was from a good source and using common sense.

I didn't do that, no. You can eat 99.9% of foods. If it's imported soft cheese then yeah read the label to make sure it's pasteurized. But how exactly are you determining if something is "safe" or not via your label reading? I'm really just curious what exactly you're looking for.
