Frustrated with light OPK

So my OPK is soooo dang light that barely a second line is present and I’m already CD 14. I usually get a positive on CD 16 with regular 30-31 day cycles.

Is it normal to go from stark white test line to positive in 2 days?! I normally get somewhat of a progression....
