How many pounds did your LO weigh at 4months?

My daughter has been stuck at 13.9 pounds for the past 3 weeks, we have our 4 month check up tomorrow with the doctor. Eager to hear what she has to say. 
- EBF; still has 9-12 wet diapers and 1-3 poops a day

Ours also stalled out around 13.5 lbs for a bit which is what she was at the 4 month checkup. Right after that she shot up pretty quick to 14.5. Growth is spurts and stalls. as long as she’s peeing and staying more or less on her growth line I think it’s best not to overthink it!

Our big boy was just over 17lbs at 4 mth checkup. Boys are often bigger than girls though and of course it depends on if your baby was born to term. And it doesn’t matter so much as long as they’re on a good curve since birth. Ours has always followed around the 80% curve and is right on track.

Start solids! A good fortified rice cereal. First feeding 3-4 tablespoons of breastmilk and one cereal go to cut back the breastmilk in the cereal then go from there 
Then go to two tablespoons of cereal with BM then try some fruit purée like prunes along with it to help digestion. Been working wonders for my DD she has a high metabolism and super strong ￼

EBF babe will be 4months on Saturday and when we did a home weight check last week he was 16.5lbs (born at 8lbs 5 oz). But he's also really tall. We have our appointment next Friday for more accurate measurements.

14 lbs 14 oz so I picked the 15 because he was only 2 oz shy 😂 a lot of babies start slowing down at this age though
