Can someone help read this?

Question

Went to the Er they told me they think I’m having a miscarriage but they weren’t sure. My ob can’t see me until the 14th. Still getting a positive pregnancy test. I just got the results From the hospital but I have no idea what they mean. 
I still have all my pregnancy symptoms.

Says your ovaries are normal . Says they can’t see any evidence of a pregnancy in your uterus and that it could be too early or you could have had a miscarriage. It also says they can’t rule out you having an ectopic , but they can’t tell with the ultrasound you had , because you’re still getting positive hpts.

It looks like 3 options: you're either still very early that they can't quite confirm, it's an ectopic, or a MC. I'm sorry it's not better news.

When I had my miscarriage I still had positive test (blood test) and all the signs with it. We did blood test every couple of days to check my hCG levels and to make sure they were lowering. I also went to the hospital and they said there were no signs of pregnancy and they couldn’t see anything 😓
