Preeclampsia at 16 weeks

Has anyone been diagnosed with preeclampsia as early as 16 weeks? I went to see my OB today and my blood pressure was 158/80.. I'm being tested for preeclampsia now.. I've been getting really bad headaches, light headed and of course nausea/vomiting. I really don't know what to expect.. was anyone able to work with the condition? I have a 1 year old to take care of.
