Did you feel different before labor started?

I was asleep when contractions started 😂 huge surprise for me when I woke up with pains to go the toilet and find I had a bloody show

I was taken by complete surprise when I went into labor. I had worked out two days before and still no signs. The morning before I went into labor I had an obgyn appt and was told I was 0% dilated. I thought for sure I had another week. So I called up my sister-in-law and we went shopping. I walked like almost 10k steps that day. By evening I started early labor. Lol. I had planned on working out that next day and lunch with friends too! You just never know!

The day before I packed my hospital bag, we went to the movies, I felt great! But I came home, took a shower and went to bed. At like 3 am I woke up and had to pee (go figure) and 💩. So ok fine I went. No problem. Then I laid back in bed and felt like I had to go 💩 AGAIN. So I wobbled back in the bathroom, tried to go and nothing happened. So I went bad to bed then I started having pains in my back. Thinking back now it was obviously back contractions, they were consistent every 2 minutes but it was my first so everything was new.
