I have no clue what to do .. help .

So I was laying down watching tv and out of no where I feel pressure and then a little fluid was on my dress and bed. So I go to the bathroom and as I wiped I seen a little blood.. but the baby is moving around like crazy ... mind you I’m 32 weeks pregnant ... is this normal? I tried calling my doctor but he isn’t answering and I’m freaking out .. please help me ..
