I had my first OB appointment yesterday at around 11 weeks. I had some very light pink spotting the day before and a bit of brownish pink spotting the day of. She did a Doppler and I got to hear my little one’s heartbeat for the first time. It was in the 160’s and sounded great according to her. Then came the pelvic exam to see where the the bleeding could be coming from and she says I have a cervical polyp which she is almost 99% sure is the cause of the bleeding but it’s nothing to worry about. She warns me I will probably continue to have spotting for the next couple days due to her irritating the polyp and the cervix.

Today I wake up and go to the bathroom and bear down a bit feeling like I may have a bm. Been having a lot of issues with constipation. (sorry tmi) nothing happens I get and look in the toilet and I swear I see a bunch of little clumps of something in the toilet. No blood or anything but what looks like it could be tissue or something. I’m trying not to panic or get myself all worked up over but it’s eating at me. Any idea what this was or if I should worry? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Also I have an ultrasound on Monday.
