TMI 😔 help with incontinence?

Hi! I never experienced this with my first so it’s completely new to me 😭 I’ve become quite incontinent during this pregnancy (now 31 weeks) and keep leaking bits of urine, I’ve started wearing pads but I’m becoming majorly paranoid that I’m starting to smell of urine! Is anyone else experiencing this? X

Yep.. baby 2 here. I do tons of pelvic floor exercises too and 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

This is my 3rd and have tried everything and nothing has helped. I just change panties often and wear pads when i need to

Kegels, kegels, kegels that is all I can say. I am also 31 weeks and find doing squats helps to strengthen muscles down there as well. I was peeing when I sneezed and threw up but both these things helped.
