I’m on the pill and I missed 2 days and now I’m having a full on period even though I had a light one a few days before I also had unprotected sex those two days I didn’t take it  (partner pulled out each time) since then could I be pregnant?

You missed 3 days, medication doesnt work unless you take it. You need to take a pill every 24 hours because it only lasts for 24 hours. User error accounts for 95% of pregnancies on birth control. The birth control didnt fail, you didnt take it correctly. Even missing 1 pill you can ovulate and get pregnant. Test 2 weeks from the last day you had sex. If ita negative test again a week later. If thats still negative I suggest looking into a method thats easier to use: patch, ring, shot, implant or iud.
