Breastfeeding with a cold
Hello ladies I'm currently down with a cold and breastfeeding on the clock.
I was told by a nurse at the hospital before getting discharged after birth that mucinex was safe to take.
But I have read it can decrease my milk supply.
It's it really safe? And if so which mucinex should I take?
I feel like death with this cold breastfeeding every two hours plus taking care of a two year old.Any advice is deeply appreciated🤗
