2nd trimester
I already have more energy and feel more like myself. Got back into a workout routine and detoxing my diet a bit after the holidays. I’ve been constipated ever since. Bought a watermelon and yogurt and trying to be really mindful of my eating. How does everyone else feel entering your second trimester? My anxiety has eased a lot, and I check the app less. My one symptom that’s driving me nuts is mouth watering/extra saliva 😖 What are you guys favorite ways keep active and healthy? What symptoms are you experiencing?
