I’m a first time mom, about 6 weeks 2 days. I’ve been cramping for a few weeks but it’s not like period cramps and it’s mostly right side. Today my lower back right side started hurting but not unbearable and when I went to wipe I had a good amount of white discharge with brown spotting almost like snot but not a ton of the brown. I also felt my cervix (with clean hands) and it’s high but firm.

I am freaking out and I don’t want to lost my baby. I don’t have an appointment until January 17 for ultrasound.

Please tell me some of your experiences. I’m driving myself mad 😔
