My little man has a lip and posterior tongue ties. I declined having them clipped when he was 2 weeks old because he was getting circumcised that week and didn’t want him to be in too much pain. Breastfeeding was extremely painful, so I started pumping. He is now 6 weeks and starting to spill milk while feeding with a bottle and is very gassy :( I’m thinking of getting them clipped, but don’t know how painful the procedure is for baby.
