If my 16 week old is sleeping great at night (about 12 hours with 1 feeding) but only taking 30 minute naps (4-5 naps), should I worry about the naps and try to get them to be longer/consolidated? Or will that happen eventually on its own?
Also, anyone have tips on teaching baby to fall asleep on her own? Everyone mentions takingcarababies but it seems like that's geared toward better night sleep in general, which we do not struggle with.
Any tips, suggestions, help is appreciated!
