raspberry leaf tea how many cups??

i’m 36+4 and only just really found out about raspberry leaf tea. how many should i drink i’ve been drinking two cups a day? is this about right???

There’s no magic amount- just drink however much you want. I’ve been drinking Red Raspberry Leaf Tea since trying to conceive- about 7 years. I drank it all throughout both of my pregnancies. I made big batches with honey and lemon and had ice tea whenever I wanted. You get the best benefits from long term use. So starting at the beginning of pregnancy if not before. It’s great for uterine health, strengthens the uterus so that contractions are effective during labor. Helps regulate hormones and with uterine recovery after birth. I had both my babies at 41+1. My first was 14 hr labor. My 2nd was 4 hrs. Contractions were very effective for both labors and I healed pretty quickly as well.

My midwife told me 2 bags 3x a day to encourage labor, this was at the very end of my pregnancy prob starting about 38w. It definitely helped

It's more beneficial for the uterus during and after pregnancy. I drank one cup a day when I reached  36 weeks until I went over by 6 days..(had a sweep) 
My uterus contacted back really quick and I had a two hour labour. I went from 3cm to 8cm in half an hour. 
It was my second baby, but with my first I was medically induced at 40 weeks and that was only 6 hours so they warned me with my second I would be quick 😂 (didn't drink the tea as I didn't know about it)
