Couldnt stay hard

So I was my friends house, I’ve been seeing him for about a month and this is the first time we were sexual. We were having a great time, giving each other oral and foreplay, but every time we went to actually have sex he couldn’t stay hard...I don’t know if he just wasn’t into it or it was me? He swears he was into it but I just can’t stop thinking about it?
