So was booked for an amnio yesterday due to the NT scan showing fluid of 3.5 at my 12 week scan. Went back yesterday and it’s now down to 2.3, so was advised by the consultant not to go ahead with the test due to 1-100 chance of miscarriage. He advised me to have the Harmony test which I had today and the sonographer said everything looked good. The femur was a good size, the face was round, there was no bulge at the umbilical cord and the nose bone was seen and looking good. She also told me that it looks like a girl, which I am over the moon as I already have a son. I had the worst Xmas ever worrying and feel like the weight of the world has been lifted slightly.
