Is a topical salicylic acid acne wash 2% okay to use during pregnancy, at all trimesters?

According to my OB and derm, it’s fine to use 1-2 times per day during any trimester. Topically, you want to avoid retinoids. Here’s a screenshot from a study published on the national institute of health’s website as well. I’d post the link but you can’t hyperlink on this site.

Yup. You're skin might be a little more sensitive though so watch out for that. It won't hurt the baby though!
