Sore throat , head and nose congestion

Anyone have home remedies for sore throat head and nose congestion. I was perfectly fine yesterday woke up this morning feeling so terrible I can’t even swallow, my head hurts and can barely breathe through my nose. I know there’s not a lot of medication I can’t take but anyone have home remedies that work for them?
