Miscarriage? Period?

The middle of last month had a condom break on me so i took the plan b. What i thought was my period started a week ago then stopped two nights ago. Had sex last night got up this morning to shower and this fell out of me and im bleeding again. Is it a miscarriage? Or just period. I usually get clots but this one was decently sized.
