I'm 4 weeks and I have kinda sore breasts, and get a little nauseous but havent thrown up at all.

I just hit 5 weeks. And have a scan on 21. No symptoms so far. Maybe a bit of nausea, but not sure it it is from pregnancy or all of the Christmas-new years and birthdays food that is overflowing... Had an amazing cake today, but might've eaten less of it. 😃
