Lol I think it’s just a thing women desperate to get pregnant started. Which is totally fine because whatever eases your mind. I’ve never done it but it won’t hurt to do it if you think it will be more thorough. That being said, once he ejaculates the sperm get where it’s meant to be.

I don’t think it’s necessary. I tried it (along with a million and a half other things) when I was TTC and it was useless. My son was conceived one night when we were tipsy and not thinking about it, to be honest. We did the deed and went to straight to sleep thereafter. No tips and tricks were used lol. I’m convinced that the stress of intentionally TTC for nearly a year is what caused me to not get pregnant. 🤷‍♀️

My doctor told me it doesn’t matter and to just pee right after but I did that two months after our miscarriage and nothing BUT I said f it and kept my legs up for 10 mins after every time the 3rd month trying and boom, currently 17 weeks prego 🤷🏻‍♀️
