Anyone have any idea what this could be?
Found this little rash before giving our son a bath. It’s hard to see in the picture but they are little red speckles (right above where my thumb is in the picture). They are on his chest a a few on his upper back. Could this be a heat rash?
We’ll keep an eye on it and if it gets worse we’ll call the doctor in the morning. Just wondering if anyone else experienced anything like this.
