I’m 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant with twins. Ive had spotting for about 5 days now it has been pretty light and only really when I wipe it gets on the toilet paper but today it got on the panty liner and had a tiny clot. Has anyone have this happen? I’m terrified I don’t want to loose these babies 😢

*Update*

Went into er and everything looks normal! Babies have heartbeats and my hcg more then doubled since Thursday! I hope the bleeding stops soon and the babies can continue to be healthy and grow!
