Cutting Sugar During Pregnancy
Advice? I was prediabetic the year before I conceived but got my numbers normalized with keto. But they're creeping back up. I'm on vitamins and probiotics already too. I'm not doing keto again.
Now I'm pregnant and feel SO GUILTY eating sugar but things like pasta, rice, and potatoes are most affordable to eat 😟 to help combat this, I use the stationary bike for 10 minutes after meals
How have you reduced or eliminated sugar in your life now?
