My nipples are sooooo itchy!!!! Can someone please recommend something. Lol I hope I am not the only one because I feel kind of silly posting this but I don’t think I can take it much longer. I’m so ready to take my bra off and just scratch them until I can’t scratch anymore.

I’ve had eczema most of my life, a few years ago I got it really bad on my nipple, got it so bad on both nipples again when I was pregnant with first baby and it’s come back with this one too. It’s on my arms too. Dr gave me a mild steroid cream. You should go see dr coz it’s an awful thing to deal with

Probably from dryness! Keep your skin hydrated to avoid stretch marks.

I don’t have any itchiness but whenever I get cold and my nipples get hard they feel like they are on fire... it’s sooooo uncomfortable. Haven’t been able to find a fix yet 😫 pregnancy can do some weird stuff to the body.

I just rub some baby oil on them or lotion. Also take a benadryl. It's mostly my right one that itches and I be thinking imma scratch it clean off😩 I understand how you feel. I don't know what else would help. Maybe change the type of bra you wear and make sure it's not tight.

Same here and I don’t know what to do either. I thought I was crazy cause I tried to look it up but it only talks about the breast being itchy not the nipple 🤦🏾‍♀️
