Did anyone experience this?? Should i go to the ER?

I’m 36 weeks and 1 day and I went to the bathroom and as I wiped I noticed what it looked like a small red dot of blood, I’ve been having some contractions. I’ve been timing them at they are 6 minutes apart and last about 40 seconds, over the last few days I’ve been pretty sick and have thrown up. Not sure if I’m in labor or near labor?

Stay hydrated,  visit your doc or atleast call asap

I had red spotting. It was hemorrhoids

If its labour may be they can stop it for a while or slow it down for another week if u see doc in time if needed. Else u might have baby soon or else they ll send u back. Reassurance is better
