Every other day during fertile window then once you get a positive opk, bd that day, the day after (ovulation day),  and the next day after ovulation, then skip one day and bd again. I found success in making sure to bd around the same time each day (24 hrs after the last) for sperm quantity and quality. Good luck.

Do it every other day once your fertile weeks starts according to the app, then if you take ovulation tests, as soon as you get a positive, then baby dance that day and 2 days after that. If you don't take ovulation tests, then I would personally just have sex every 2-3 days throughout the month so you can catch your fertile time
