SHARP PAIN

So I’ve had this really weird pain around my belly button since Saturday around 4PM it comes and goes but it’s so sharp to the point where I’m bending over in pain , I called l&d and asked should I come in the nurse told me “ she can’t do much over the phone I would have to come in “ I tried sleeping it off but the pain is still there and there’s so much pressure in/on my vagina , whatever muscles are in my thighs feel like they’ve been stretched to their limit 😩 my first pregnancy was so normal this one is the complete opposite I don’t mean to complain but time needs to move a LITTLE BIT faster !
