Struggling to drink anything during early pregnancy
I’ve gone from drink 2L of water minimum a day plus x5 cups of tea to barely being able to drink one cup of water/juice. I know I need to push myself to drink more but just to have a single sip I’m needing to give myself a peptalk and prepare myself for it. I’m not actually being sick but do feel sicky and not myself for most of the day. Has anyone else had this? Is there anything I can do to up the water intake?
