23 weeks , haven’t really felt baby move ..

My first baby was so active in my belly , always felt something even if it was little. Recently I haven’t felt this baby moving . Should I be concerned being I’m still early on? When I first felt her she was pretty active , but now I just don’t remember the last time I felt her moving and kicking good .....
