How to get past the exhaustion...
Ok ladies. 12 weeks tomorrow and I’m still feeling SUPER exhausted - all the time. I haven’t been able to stomach coffee still, and not big into drinking green teas etc... but holy heck! I WISH I could drink coffee to feel at least the slightest bit “human” 😐🥱
What do you do to feel human? If you can’t stomach coffee, how do you get that boost you need?
Like as an example: I went to bed around 9pm. Slept till 7:30 this morning and it’s not even 10am and I’m wiped already and have the full day of work left still.
