Hi all anomaly scan doubts-- PLS HELP

I am so nervousband worried. I had a trisomy 21 pregnancy which was so bad, and terminated at 17 weeks on May 2019.

I fell pregnant 3 months post that. And I had early nipt at 10 weeks, which was all normal and found out ibam having a girl.

Then at 12 weeks had NT scan and all good. Had early anomaly scan at 18 weeks and all good.

Now at 22w 6d i had anomaly scan again and got report. Have not seen the doctor still.

My concern is in 18w anomaly baby measured corresponding to gestational age.

Now baby measure one week lesser. And another thing i found abdominal circumference measure with respect to gestational age and femur length is very small.

I am worried Bec I read femur length is shorter in down syndrome etc .

Should I worry. Femur length is very short compared to other measurements. In have attached image. Can anyone clarify.

I'm so so stressed out
