So, my due date is Wednesday. I’ve been asking to schedule an induction earlier for the last 3 weeks because I’ve never gone into labor naturally before, this pregnancy has been harder than my first two and my other two kids have a lot of necessary appointments this month that I didn’t want to risk missing. They kept putting it off and I was convinced I’d never get to have this baby without being way overdue. Well....I just got home from the OB. Apparently what I thought was just gas all week was actually early labor! I found out I’m 3cm dilated already and they stripped my membranes to help things progress. Currently contracting every 10 or so minutes. They have scheduled an induction at 8pm tonight unless I go into active labor before then (which is seeming more and more likely)! She’s coming!!!
