How did you get pregnant?

Just out of curiosity:) 
I hear people say all the time “stop trying and it’ll happen”
Then I hear the opposite, as well!

Used opks for years, tried different supplements, changed diet, BBT, stopped trying, started trying, gave up, picked hope back up etc.  You name it I've done.  Took us a little over 4 years but we did it!

Stop trying basically just means to let yourself go and have fun. Don’t focus on tracking or getting pregnant. I’ve done the “stop trying” thing and it just doesn’t work for me. We’ve been TTC for 2 years so after a while, I just stopped tracking and enjoying life but nothing ever happened. So I went back to tracking and having sex on my most fertile days. Still nothing so at this point, it’ll happen when it’s meant to I guess. 🤷‍♀️

I use OPKs but I don’t do BBT or anything. We just try to have sex EOD in my fertile window and maybe an extra day if I get my peak on an “off” day.
We are trying without trying to drive myself crazy lol

I tracked for 4 years .. one month later I was like we aren't gonna track we just gonna have fun and I wont look at the app or anything. And we didnt try and didnt prevent and I ended up pregnant that month

We weren't trying but not preventing. The only thing I did was document the days when we did have sex on the app and check my cervical mucus. I never pushed to have sex on certain days or during ovulation. We just had sex and had alot of fun doing it lol
