Pregnant Workout lovers--advice needed!

When did you start lowering the intensity of your workouts? How long where you able to keep working out?

Context: pre-pregnancy I was working out 1-2 times a day, something I've been fortunate to keep up. Early on I already had to adjust the intensity so I didn't faint but I think I feel so good because I've kept up with the workouts.

I'm at the point where I can renew my membership to a fitness class but I'm nervous to financially commit when I may not feel the same once I'm into my 3rd trimester. (Third trimester is next week for me!)

Any advice or insight is appreciated!
