Anyone gone from bedsharing transition to crib?

I’m bed sharing and wanting to transition to crib.
Started bed sharing because I go to my sisters house often and she doesn’t have a crib there. baby grew out of his bassinet.
Now we are used to bedsharing and he cries if I leave his side while sleeping 🤦🏻‍♀️ 
Any tips for the transition?

We’re moving in February. So we’re taking a Montessori approach and getting my little one a “floor bed”. We’re going to start slow because we’ve been bed sharing since she was 5 months 🥴🥴 so it’ll be a transition for us all

Let me know what you come up with, I’m in a similar boat. He starts in his crib and if he wakes to eat in the early morning we both just kind of fall asleep in the bed 🤦‍♀️ having such a hard time getting with keeping him in his crib after he wakes up.
