HCG slightly higher?

So had my regular doctor take my blood last week to test hCG and progesterone until I can be seen by my OB. Had it done at about 5 weeks 3 or 4 days (1/2/19) and hCG was 14,892 and progesterone was 17.6. Nurse didn’t really do anything other than give me the results as far as discussing them. But looking at the charts the progesterone seems in range but the hCG seems to be more in line with where I should be now beginning week 6 (1/6/19), as the highest numbers given for week five were in the 7000s. I am also very regular with my cycles so could not be further ahead. LAst period 11/25/19) I know it’s just a few days difference but saw molar pregnancy’s were link to higher HCG. Again, I’ll have my first ultrasound next week, but just wanted to see if anyone else thats had their hCG and progesterone tested if that sounded about right. As we know waiting for the first ultrasound when you can really get confirmation always seems like an eternity.
